Fat Chats

Finally, a space where Fat Identified folx can gather without having to track and measure. This is a drop-in community space to talk about what matters to us, where we tend to our spirits and not just our waistlines. Join me for Fat Chats every 2nd Saturday. Fat Chats Details

*$60.00 Per Fat Chat Session

This is a Space for people who currently identify as FAT, ABUNDANTLY SIZED, PLUS SIZED, MORE TO LOVE, or whatever term feels good to you.
This is a community-building space, based on the principles of Health At Every Size (HAES), Fat Liberation, Size Acceptance, and The Body is Not An Apology.
*If you identify as formerly fat, then this is not a space for you. If you wish to discuss "dieting strategies" or "weight management", then this is not a space for you. However, there are thousands of other spaces that welcome that conversation.
